  لماذا لايسمح للعراق ان يصبح جزء من طريق الحرير الجديد زهير جمعة المالكي يتعجب الانسان أحيانا من ان تكون هناك في عالم اليوم دولة امامها فرصة ذهبية لتحقيق واردات مهولة ومتجددة لضمان مستقبل اجيالها ومعت ذلك نراها تتحرك في كل اتجاه للتهرب من تلك الموارد بل وتمنح من أموالها لدول الجوار حتى تشترك معها في ما تملكه حاليا من موارد . للأسف هذه الدولة هي العراق . العراق حاباه الله بموقع استراتيجي جعله مركز عقدة خطوط الموصلات العالمية ، فكل طرق التجارة البرية بين الشرق والغرب تمرُّ حتماً من خلاله، وأن خطوط الغاز المستقبلية سواء أكانت ضمن مشروع نورث ستريم الروسي أو مشروع نابكو الأمريكي تمرُّ خلاله أيضاً، وأن مشروع مد أنابيب الغاز القطرية إلى أوروبا عبر تركيا يجب أن تمر من خلال العراق بحيث إن الاستثمار الصحيح لهذا الموقع يمكن إن يحول البلاد إلى أهم بقعة على وجه الكرة الأرضية. مع طرح الصين لخطة الطريق والمحور عام 2013 والتي تمثل إعادة احياء طريق الحرير القديم والذي كان يمتد من الصين الى موانئ البحر الأبيض ومنها الى اوربا تركزت عقدة المواصلات البرية في العراق . فالعراق يرتبط بالأردن وسورية وال
